Are you scared that you will get dumped after this date again? Perhaps, that has been the situation more often than not and you do not want it to happen again. As ladies, There are some date we go on that when we are back, we cannot even narrate the experience to their friends or we tell our friends and laugh at the guy, using it to describe him forever.
This list might not be a 100% assurance to sweep all girls off their feet but it is a sure guide to not having a boring date and even getting the chance of another date if you play all your cards well.
- Taking her to a party where she doesn’t know people: Going to a party may really sound like a cute and sweet outing. It may actually be fun, but, that is if she knows people at the party. Taking a lady to a party where you keep on introducing new people to her is not a cute date idea. This should be avoided as she would feel bored at some point; worst of all, if you happen to get busy at some point and leave her. Bringing friends she does not flow with along will even worsen the date.
- Taking her to your family reunion: The routine of meeting old aunties and uncles when she has not really met and settled in with your immediate family is not fun at all. Things can get really bad if some funny relatives begin to go personal like asking if you both are in a relationship etc. Do not even consider her taking her to a kid’s party. Going romantic in front of kids is not a good idea. Hence, taking her for kids parties is a non-romantic date idea.
- An expensive restaurant so you both foot the bills: If you have enough money, there is no harm in booking a table at an expensive restaurant. However, taking her to a 5-star restaurant and asking her to foot a certain percentage of the bill is a date idea to be avoided.
- Inviting her over when your roommate is around: Keeping up with spending private time together and a roommate across the room is really weird and should be avoided. Inviting her over to your place is not a bad idea but tell your roommate in time so he can fix himself up somewhere for that period. Do not also invite her over to your house when you have visitors because when she comes over, you might be busy keeping the visitors company and she will feel unattended to.
- Taking her to your house with no plans: If you take a lady to your house on a first date with no special meal prepared, no interesting movies or music or any fun at all, it will be a very boring and dull date. She will not be relaxed and you probably might get dumped after that date.
- Gazing at the stars: You prolly would not get dumped if this was in a different country, but come on, in Nigeria…all you offer your babe on Valentine’s day is star gazing? She might feel bored and that you do not want to spend money on her or be seen in public with her.
- Making her wait for you at the gym: Some guys love to show off their abs and muscles hoping this will make the lady to like them and accept to go on subsequent dates with them. Unless the girl is exercising too, this is a very dull and crazy idea that will get you dumped after the date.
- Not picking or dropping her off: You asked to take her out on a date but you do not offer to come and pick her or drop her off, this is very bad. Walking alone or driving herself will make her dump you after the first date. It is non-gentlemanly and shows no care.
- To watch a game she doesn’t love: Perhaps you love soccer or tennis and she does not. Inviting her to watch the games with you is non-romantic and boring for her.
- Strolling under hot sun: Strolling in the evening is a cute and cheap date idea. But strolling under hot sun is stressful and will make her tired when you both get back, leaving no strength to get romantic. This should be avoided. You also cannot imagine ruining all the expensive makeup and hours she put into beating her face just like that.
- Asking her to clean your place: Inviting her over to a messy house and asking her to clean it up is a stressful job and not a romantic date idea at all
- Smoking when she doesn’t like it: There is nothing as annoying as puffing smoke in a ladies face when she does not like it. It is a date idea you must not think about.
- Window shopping: Taking a lady to the mall for a date with no intent of buying anything for her is the worst date idea you must not think about. If you do not have any extra money, go for brilliant cheap date ideas and never think a lady will happily settle for window shopping.
- A trip not well prepared for or when she has to rush back: If you are planning a surprise trip, also figure out a way for her to get her personal items. You also need to check her schedule to make sure she does not need to rush back the next day for work or something important, hence, not enjoying the trip
